That Subcouncil 2 support and recommend to Council that the 2019/20 Ward Allocation funds be reallocated to the projects as set out in Annexure A.

That Subcouncil 2 support and recommend to Council that projects, CPX.0015763 Rusoord Hall – Upgrade and CPX.0015632 Sidewalk Construction – Ward 8 be cancelled and funds reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

That the new projects and 2019/2020 budget amendment be included in the January 2020 Adjustment Budget.
FURTHER RESOLVED

That with reference to the preamble to this resolution, the concern of Subcouncil w r t administration of the process w r t the approval of this report BE NOTED and it BE REQUESTED that the submission of a previously unsigned report and Special Meeting convened for the purpose on 27 November be further investigated.
