That the contents of the report be noted.

That that Ms Cheryl Walters (Director: Planning and Building Development Management) be tasked with providing the Subcouncil with an electronic easy-to-understand guide in respect of town planning applications, building plan submissions etc.

That Ms Susan Matthysen (District Head: Durbanville/Kraaifontein) and Messrs Dewald Smit (District Head: Tygerberg and Ngwanamogano Dube (District Head: Blaauwberg) be invited to attend the next Activity day scheduled for January 2020 to address the concerns of the Subcouncil.
