a)      That the Subcouncil RECOMMEND and SUPPORT the request for speed
           humps in Louwtjie Rothman Street, Goodwood – Ward 27.

b)       That the Subcouncil NOTE that the Remedial Engineering Measures
           Programme Screening Guideline Form was completed by the Ward Councillor –
           Ward 27 and that the request was justified and will be submitted to the Transport
           Planning.
