Subcouncil 20 in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 24 4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Knead Emporium, Erf: 14011, Constantia Emporium, 55 Ladies Mile Road, Constantia, for Consumption On Premises, Ref No LL19100009, be supported.
