RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
Subcouncil 20 in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 24 4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor recommended that the application for the liquor license received from Arambrook Boutique Hotel, Erf 468, 15 Kirstenbosch Drive, Bishop Court, for Consumption On Premises, Ref No LLA19100024, not be supported for the following reasons:

The property does not have the land use rights to operate as a hotel and is currently operating with approved plans, authorisation or planning approval.
