RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 notes that comments be submitted within the timeframes advertised and submit the comments and objections to the Executive Mayor, thereafter for onward submission by the Mayoral Committee to Council.

Subcouncil 20 ensures that public participation in the review in the Integrated Waste Management Policy in consultation with the Public Participation Unit.
FURTHER RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 supports that community newspapers be used by the City for advertising as it reaches more people than The Cape Times and Die Burger.
