RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND

Subcouncil 20 supports and recommends to Council that the 2019/20 Ward Allocation funds be reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

Subcouncil 20 supports and recommends to Council that Project CPX.0015051-F1 Baseball Area Upgrade – Solo Street, Retreat, be cancelled and funds reallocated as set out in Annexure A.

Subcouncil 20 supports and recommends that the new projects and 2019/20 Budget amendments be included in the January 2020 Adjustment Budget.
