RESOLVED
 

1. That the application received from Mr Aaron Bafana Zuma, Dungeons Sport Bar, for a Business Licence for Health and Entertainment: Electronic Devices, to permit a maximum of five limited gambling machines: ERF No: 11749, 90 Van Riebeeck Road, Kuilsriver, BE GRANTED subject to the following standard endorsements for this category of licence:

1. This Business Licence must be prominently displayed in a conspicuous place in or on the premises so as to be visible to patrons, public and council officials at all times.

1. This Business Licence is not transferable from person to person or from business to business.

1. The premises to comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Control Act 1993 at all times.

1. The Director: City Health reserve the right to call for any other requirements that may be deemed necessary.

1. The approval of this licence does not exempt the holder from compliance with any other licences, conditions or statutory requirements.

1. The premises to comply with the requirements of the Noise Control Regulations PN200 of 2013 at all times.

1. Compliance with the Fire Requirements at all times.

1. No Noise outbreak from the Building to a Public space or Street;

1. That authority is granted to the Head: Environmental Health to sign and issue the necessary licence in 1 above.
