The application for proposed lease of portion of Public Place, a portion of Erf 5270 Gordon’s Bay, abutting Erf 5271, situated off Aristea Crescent, Gordon’s Bay: Lameez Dollie BE DEFERRED to allow the submission of the following information:
(a.) Building plans submitted for the said property is compliant with the Building Regulations and
(b.) To clarify if illegal occupying of public space did take place.
