That the 2020 meeting dates for Subcouncil meetings BE NOTED

That the schedule of the proposed Ward Committee meeting dates and venues for 2020 BE NOTED.

That it BE NOTED that due to security arrangements at corporate facilities, access to buildings is restricted after 18:00 and every effort be made to conclude meetings before 18:00.
