That the report relating to the proposed exemption criteria for ECD centres BE WITHDRAWN from the public participation process.

That the Director: Social Services BE REQUESTED to ensure that the errors and layout of the document be corrected, followed by a quality check before it is published again for public comment.

That the author of the report BE INFORMED of the Subcouncil’s dismay w r t the quality of the document which was published in the public domain.

It was also requested that the Special Policy Unit BE REQUESTED to comment on whether the document had been verified by their department before publication.
