UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the granting of rights to the applicant as listed and for the areas as set out, in annexure A or their successors in-title, BE APPROVED, subject to inter alia the following conditions.

At a market rental as proposed by the valuations branch (refer to Annexure C, attached to the report) with an 8% escalation per annum from date of valuation i.e as from 2019/07/18
The lease will endure for a period of 10 years
The properties will be used for outdoor seating in a public area for commercial purposes only.
Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: property Management in terms of her delegated authority
Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements

No compensation will be payable to any improvement made to the property .
