RECOMMENDED that
The right to and manage the ECD centre on behalf of Council on Erf 6173, situated at Tokwana Street, Mfuleni, Cape Town by the applicant below be supported:

subject inter alia to the following conditions:

A consideration of R1006,09 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rate not applicable;

The management agreement will endure for a period of up to two (2) years and eleven (11) months;

The consideration will be adjusted annually in terms of the tariff structure as approved by Council;

The property be used for early childhood development purposes only;

Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;

No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
