RECOMMENDED that
 
Erven 28962 and 28038 Blue Downs situated at Umchweli Street and Parliament Avenue, Bardale, Blue Downs, in extent 2 1302 m² and as indicated as ABCDEFGHJKLMN on the Plan ET 770 attached as Annexure A to the report, be reserved for the Informal Settlements and Backyarders Department, subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The subject property shall be utilised for the purpose of human settlement only;

2. the Informal Settlement and Backyarders Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;

3. The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

4. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Informal Settlement and Backyarders Department.
