RECOMMENDED that
 
The lease of public place, being portion of erf 8177 adjacent to erf 8133, situated at Navic Street, Kuils River shown hatched by the figure ABCDE on the attached sketch ET 663/1 marked annexure A to the report, in extent approximately 120 m², to Daniel Johannes and Martha Rachel Haupt, or their successors in title, be approved subject to inter alia the following conditions:
 

1. A tariff rental of R1 044,35 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable.  Rates not applicable;

2. The lease will endure for a period of ten (10) years with an option to renew for a further ten (10) years;

3. The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;

4. The property be used for gardening purposes only;

5. Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;

7. No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
