UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
That the report on the status of Jobseeker selection in respect of community-based projects and programmes for the period October 2019 BE NOTED, subject to:

Concern being expressed w r t the large number of projets for which randomisation is not done.

That it be a requirement for line departments to report to Subcouncils on the projects for which deviation reports are submitted as well as the motivation for such deviations as a large number of people are registered on the database, but job opportunities are not forthcoming.
