UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
That the content of the report relating to service requests for the month of October 2019 BE NOTED, subject to the following:

Transport Department BE ADVISED of the Subcouncil’s discontent with regard to the complete lack of maintenance of verges in the Subcouncil area and being made aware of the damage being caused to the road surface due to weeds only being sprayed and not removed.

That the Chairperson of Subcouncil 7 BE REQUESTED to drive the finalisation of the SLA between City Parks, Transport and Area Cleaning at the Urban Management Portfolio Committee.
