RESOLVED |
Subcouncil 6 recommended to the Director: Property Management that portions of Erven 7720,7721 and 7732, Parow situated at Arnold Wilhelm Street, Parow, approximately 5 008m² in extent and as indicated as ABCDFEGHJKL on Plan TA 966v1 attached as Annexure A to the report, be reserved for Human Settlements Implementation, subject to the following conditions:

That the subject properties and structures erected thereon be utilized for a high density affordable housing development;

Human Settlements Implementation Department takes responsibility for compliance with any related land use and/or other legislation, where applicable;

The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure erected or to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance as is applicable;

That all costs related to the above be sourced by the Human Settlements Implementation Department;

The Department takes cognizance of and adheres to any applicable internal branches comments and conditions listed under paragragh 9 of the report.
