The departments be tasked to action the oldest items first.

All items within the departments’ main work centres be investigated to ensure that the items are still relevant.

Service notifications for Electricity’s internal processes not be used to monitor performance in attending to open Service notifications.

That the departments BE TASKED to action items older than 90 days (1469 service notices) as at 30 September 2019 by 31 December 2019.

That a contact list be compiled with details regarding responsible official to attend to service notices created and for it to BE DISTRIBUTED to all Ward Councillor to assist in following up the service notifications created within their respective wards.
