Ms Desiree Mentor asked the members which line departments they would like to consult with.
Alderman Felicity Purchase suggested that this item should be brain-stormed amongst themselves. She stated that the Portfolio Committees were currently doing it in their Portfolios; “we need to ensure that there was representation on the portfolios that we were not involved in”.

The members provide the Subcouncil Manager with the list of line departments they wish to consult with.
