  1. That the list of MURP Projects as approved by Subcouncil on 16 August 2019 be amended to reflect the changed scope and allocated budgets as indicated below (a copy of this schedule is also attached to the official copy of the minutes as Annexure D):

  1. That with regard to the scope of project one in 1 above,  it BE AGREED that Auxiliary Law Enforcement Officers be appointed ( instead of the original Law Enforcement Officers) which should include the deployment of officers to the Fisantekraal PTI precinct to specifically enforce Solid Waste Bylaws and legislation.
 
  1. That the Subcouncil Manager BE AUTHORISED to finalise the deployment plan and Project Implementation Plans required for MURP Projects in consultation with the Subcouncil Chairperson and affected Ward Councillors on the basis that reports will be submitted to Subcouncil on a monthly basis to report on progress and deviations.
