That a detailed report be submitted to the Subcouncil on all the CCTV cameras which have been installed in all five wards since 2017 funded from ward allocation and where they are controlled from.

Melani Ohlson will liaise with the Ward 95 Cllr to update him on the Makhaza Bus Facility.

Melani Ohlson provide the Subcouncil with a report on the Makhaza Mini Bus Taxi Facility in Ward 96.

That the Subcouncil write to the Informal Settlements Department on the slow progress of the project and also on the interim services for electricity when will they be provided in Deep Freeze in Ward 109

Subcouncil write to the Human Settlements Department to provide feedback on BNG Housing project in Macassar the Section 33 process which is a lengthy process.

It is recommended that the attached progressive capital expenditure report as at the end of August 2019 be submitted to the Subcouncil for information and noting.
