RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
Subcouncil 20 in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 24 4 (1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Purple Rayn Hotel, Erf: 797, 9 Bellvue Avenue, Constantia, Reference No LLA 19080014, NOT BE SUPPORTED, for the following reasons:

As the property does not have the land use rights to operate as a hotel;

The property is currently operating without approved plans, authorisation or planning approval.
