Resolution detail

1. The summary schedule of service request notification for Subcouncil 8, BE NOTED.

2. The departments be tasked to action the oldest items first.

3. All items within the departments’ main work centres be investigated to ensure that the items are still relevant.

4. Service notifications for Electricity’s internal processes not be used to monitor performance in attending to open Service notifications.

5. That all Ward Councillors follow up on outstanding service notifications and a progress report to be submitted to the Chairpersons' office after winter recess.

6. That the request for a name of a responsible official be added to each service notification BE ACTIONED.
