It is recommended that:
It be NOTED that an event application for a liquor licence received from WATERGAT STRAND REF. NO. E19070008 was considered in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. E19080007, for business Watergat Strand NOT BE SUPPORTED; as a consent use application for Sale of Alcoholic Beverages and Place of Entertainment need to be submitted to Development Management Department.
