Resolution detail
Following questions of clarity, which were responded to by Mr Williamson, it was RESOLVED that,
-
the request to review of the Fish Hoek Informal Trading Plan be APPROVED,
-
the demolition of the Bayside Bazaar Kiosks that would form part of the Fish Hoek Informal Trading Plan review process stated in (a) be SUPPORTED,
-
the existing Bayside Bazaar Kiosk trading activities will cease to exist post the Informal Trading Plan review process be NOTED,
-
the existing seven informal traders would be accommodated as part of the revised Informal Trading Plan be NOTED.
