Subcouncil 19 recommends that the application for extension of liquor licence trading hours received from reference no WCP/033934 HB’S INN OCEAN VIEW for the extension of liquor trading hours be APPROVED for:
a) Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 20:00 and,
b) Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00 for off-consumption.
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION THAT:
a)The deliveries of the South African Brewery (SAB) trucks are no bigger than an 8-10 tonne truck in residential areas due to the damaging of infrastructure.
