Resolution detail

RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 22 that:
 

1. Request a list of all roads assessed for Subcouncil 22
2. The following assessments were undertaken by the Transport Network Development: TDA Cape Town in terms of the City of Cape Town’s Traffic Calming Policy and the outcome thereof are as follows:

            Jacaranda Avenue, Rustdal                    Given the above and
                                                                        having considered the
                                                                        COCT’s Traffic Calming
                                                                        Policy, we regretfully
                                                                        cannot recommend in
                                                                        favour traffic calming
                                                                        measures along
                                                                        Jacaranda Avenue
 
            Zevenhof Road, Kuilsriver                       Given the above and
                                                                        having considered the
                                                                        COCT’s Traffic Calming
                                    Policy, Zevenhof street does not meet the set criteria to qualify for raised traffic calming measure
