Subcouncil 22 recommends that the application for a a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA1805008, for the business Coache`s Place, Erf 30975, 2 Ruvuna Street, Happy Valley, Bluedowns; BE NOT SUPPORTED for the following reasons:

No departure application, premises is currently zoned for residential purpose.

There is an ECD namely: Emmanuel Pre-School in proximity of 50metres from the premises and,

A letter from SAPS was requested several times, no submission was made by SAPS.
