That the content of the report, C3 Notifications BE NOTED;

That the Subcouncil manager be tasked to arrange training for councillors in drawing their own C3 reports and for monitoring purposes;

That Ms L Cleophas: Regional Operational Manager of Sanitation be requested to submit a report on the problems experienced with sewer overflowing times turnarounds.
