Ms. Jansen informed the meeting that Ms. du Plessis indicated that the matter must be investigated by Library and Information Services to reserve a portion of the Recreation and Parks property situated adjacent to the Library for parking purposes exclusive for the patrons of the library. To date, the Property Department received correspondence in this regard. Ms. Jansen undertook to arrange a meeting with Ms. du Plessis, June Swartz and Cllr Visser to discuss the motion.
