Resolution detail

That Subcouncil 18 NOTES the decisions taken in terms of sub delegation regarding the applications for extension of liquor trading hours during the period 11 April 2019 to 10 May 2019 as follows :
 

1. Application for extension of liquor trading hours Sunday (11:00 to 18:00) for off-consumption premises in respect of: Ward 66 – Fairpark Liquor Store cc Grassy Park Shopping Centre Kestral Way, Grassy Park Ext 6 – Supported.
2. Application for extension of liquor trading hours Saturday (18:00 to 20:00) for off-consumption premises in respect of: Ward 66 – Fairpark Liquor Store cc Grassy Park Shopping Centre Kestral Way, Grassy Park Ext 6 – Supported.
3. Application for extension of liquor trading hours Saturday (18:00 to 20:00) for off-consumption premises in respect of: Ward 63 Tops at Prosper, erf 148000, Churchill Road, Plumstead – Supported.

4. Application for extension of liquor trading hours Sunday (9:00 to 80:00) for off-consumption premises in respect of: Ward 63 Tops at Prosper, erf 148000, Churchill Road, Plumstead – Supported.
    
5. Application for a liquor licence for off-consumption premises in respect of: Ward 67 Inn – on –the – Vlei, erf 4158, Pepperstrike Street Pelican Park, 11 Pepperstrike Street, Pelican Park – Not Supported.
    
6. Application for a liquor licence for off-consumption premises in respect of: Ward 67 Peninsula Darts Association, erf: 30-1777, Sport & Recreation Centre, Rooikrans Road Grassy Park. – Supported.
