RESOLVED
 

  1. Subcouncil 20 approves the initiation of the process for the review of the eight (8) 2012 approved District Spatial Development Frameworks (previously called District Spatial Plans).
 
  1. Subcouncil 20 approves the specific geographic boundary delineation for the respective District Spatial Development Framework.
 
  1. Subcouncil 20 communicates this project henceforth as the District Spatial Development Framework (District SDF) Review.
 
  1. Subcouncil 20 supports that the District Spatial Development Frameworks, once agreed to/approved, to the informant of the technical update of the CTMSDF and the new cycle IDP in 2022 by Council in its new term of office.
 
  1. Subcouncil 20 supports the proposal to conduct and participate in the proposed built environment empowerment training programme for Councillors, Officials and community stakeholders.
 
FURTHER RESOLVED
 
  1. Subcouncil 20 notes that the organisations on its database be reminded of the registration period for those interested in the DSDF.
 
  1. Subcouncil 20 notes that a communication be sent out to all organisations explaining the benefits of registration (as in Resolution f).
 
  1. Subcouncil 20 notes the request that a further communication be sent to all organisations on the database about the importance of informing the Subcouncil about the elected office bearers after an AGM.
 
  1. Subcouncil 20 notes the request that Ward Councillors be copied in on all communications to organisations.
 
  1. Subcouncil 20 requests that a printout of the Subcouncil database be forwarded to all Ward Councillors to check for anomalies, corrections to be made and returned to the Subcouncil Manager.
