Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule Part 24 4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Summers Place, ERF 83731, First Floor, 170 Main Road, Retreat, for Consumption On Premises, Reference No LLA19030009 NOT BE SUPPORTED as there is no provision for on-site parking as per the City of Cape Town’s Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
