That the Subcouncil note the contents of the Draft Coastal By-law as per Annexure A attached of the report;
That the Subcouncil note the internal processes that have been completed in the development of the Draft Coastal By-law through the City’s formal structures;
That the Subcouncil note the public participation process and commenting period as per the public participation plan as per Annexure B attached to the report.
That Mr D Colenbrander be invited to the Subcouncil 6 Activity Day to provide details on the City of Cape Town Coastal By-law.
