It was NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from the Ocean Basket was considered in terms of sub-delegated and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the liquor authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act,2008, as amended:
Sub Council 03 recommends that the application for a ON consumption of Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA19040017, for the business Ocean Basket Plattekloof BE SUPPORTED.
