Subcouncil supports the recommendation that:

The Subcouncil note the contents of the Draft Coastal By-law as per Annexure A;

The Subcouncil note the internal processes that have been completed in the development of the Draft Coastal By-law through the City’s formal structures;

The Subcouncil note the public participation process and commenting period as per the public participation plan (Annexure B).
