That the Notification of the public participation process for the finalisation of the City of Cape Town Coastal By-law, BE NOTED.

That the internal processes that have been completed in the development of the Draft Coastal By-law through the City’s formal structures, BE NOTED.

That the public participation process and commenting period as per the public participation plan, annexure B to the report, BE NOTED.

that a presentation be given on the public participation process for the finalisation of the City of Cape Town Coastal By-law at the next Activity Day Session scheduled for 12 June 2019 and that all the ward committee members be invited to attend.
