That the application in terms of Section 6 of the City of Cape Town of undertakings that sell liquor to the public By-Law, 2013, for extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 until 20:00 Monday to Saturday trading: Decision taken under subdelegated authority by Subcouncil Manager, Ward Councillor and Chairperson in respect of: Vido’s Liquor Store Erf 9445, 80 Oliver Tambo Road, Tambo Village, 7750 Licence Number WCP/032481 – Ward 45 BE REVIEWED AND RESCINDED due to additional information received from immediate neighbours and Street Committee Members.

it not being in the general interest of the community;

The Liquor Outlet serves as a neigbourhood congregation place for people involved in illicit activities; and

The Liquor Outlet imposes on the Tambo Village community through urban decay.
