It is recommended that:

The Subcouncil note the contents of the Draft Coastal By-Law as per Annexure A

The Subcouncil note the internal processes that have been completed in the development of the Draft Coastal By-Law through the City’s formal structures;

The Subcouncil note the public participation process and commenting period as per the public participation plan Annexure B

That comments and input for the Draft Coastal By-Law, BE SUBMITTED in-writing by Councillors to the Subcouncil office between 01 August to 02 September 2019.

That the report BE CIRCULATED to all Ward Committee members for noting and input
