Subcouncil 20 adopts the Minutes of the Public Participation Session for the 2019/2020 Draft Budget of the City of Cape Town held on 4 April 2019.
b) Subcouncil 20 endorses that Ward Councillors be copied in when invitations are sent to organisations on the Subcouncil’s database.
