Subcouncil 20 notes that in considering the Subdelegation Rule part 24 4(1), the Subcouncil Manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and Ward Councillor recommended that the application for a liquor licence received from Checkers Constantia Emporium, 55 Ladies Mile Road, Constantia, for the sale of liquor for Consumption Off Premises, Reference No LLA19040007 WAS SUPPORTED.
