Subcouncil 20 notes the contents of the Draft Coastal By-Law as per Annexure A.

Subcouncil 20 notes the internal processes that have been completed in the development of the Draft Coastal By-Law through the City’s formal structures.

Subcouncil 20 notes the public participation process and commenting period as per the public participation plan (Annexure B).
