The Subcouncil Manager informed the members to take note of the outcome of the technical assessment undertaken by Transport for Cape Town on the request received by the Subcouncil.
Cllr Moses informed members to check when assessment was done and requested that the report be deferred because Schools, Public facilities take priority policy makes provision for funding. He said sometimes the assessments are done by agents
