It is recommended that:

That Subcouncil 10 NOTED the contents of the Draft Coastal By-Law as per Annexure A;

That Subcouncil 10 note the internal processes that have been completed in the development of the Draft Coastal By-Law through the City’s formal structures;

That Subcouncil 10 note the public participation process and commenting period as per the public participation plan ( Annexure B).
