RECOMMENDED that,
a. The Subcouncil note the contents of the Draft Coastal By-Law as per Annexure A;
b. The Subcouncil note the internal processes that have been completed in the development of the Draft Coastal By-law through the City’s formal structures;
c. The Subcouncil note the public participation process and commenting period as per the public participation (Annexure B).
RESOLVED that,
The report for the Notification of the Public Participation process for the finalization of the City of Cape Town Coastal by-law be NOTED.
