Resolution detail
The Subcouncil Manager informed the members that report deals with C3 notifications created and closed 1 March 2019 to 31 March 2019. The Subcouncil follow up with various Line departments all open C3 Notifications open in the system on weekly basis.

Cllr Antonio van der Rheede requested a refresher course for Ward assistants. Ms A Green was tasked to action the matter and report back to the Subcouncil.
