Ms B Daniels informed the members that the report is to inform Urban Management Directorate on the service schedules as agreed to in the Internal Service Level Agreement Area Central for period 1 October 2018 to 31 December 2018 for noting.

Cllr Nqavashe requested that the number of library registration be increased and said that the number of activities are less focused on greater community. He asked the official that challenges be shared with the Subcouncil
