That Subcouncil 18 APPROVES the following :
-
The initiation of the process for the review of the eight (8) 2012 approved District Spatial Development Frameworks (previously called Districts Spatial Plans);
-
The specific geographic boundary delineation for the respective District Spatial Development Frameworks ;
-
Communicates this project henceforth as the District Spatial Development Framework (District SDF) Review ;
-
Supports that the District Spatial Development Frameworks, once agreed to /approved, be the informant of the technical update of the CTMSDF and the new cycle IDP in 2020 by Council in its new term of office ;
-
Supports the proposal to conduct and participate in the proposed built environment empowerment training programme for councillors, officials and community stakeholders.
