That the contents of the report be noted.

That Mr Osman Asmal (Acting Executive Director: Spatial Planning and Environment) be tasked with placing a moratorium on all proposed district plans and the Blaauwberg Road Management Strategy with immediate effect until such time that the Revision of the Spatial Development Framework has been finalised.

That Mr Osman Asmal (Acting Executive Director: Spatial Planning and Environment) be tasked with ensuring that any Public Participation process be done per ward in respect of Subcouncil 3.

That the Subcouncil Manager be tasked with placing the item on the Ward Committee Agenda for Wards 1, 4, 5, 70, 107 and 113.
